Fellowtrip 是一個友善、安全的旅行社群。我們對以下內容採取零容忍政策：

• 嚴禁發布色情、裸露或性暗示的內容。
• 嚴禁發布暴力、仇恨言論、恐嚇或騷擾性內容。
• 嚴禁發布非法行為或具高度危險性的行程計畫。
• 嚴禁詐騙、傳銷或任何未經授權的商業推銷行為。

3. 違規處理機制

為維護社群安全，我們提供以下機制：

• 檢舉與封鎖：使用者可以隨時透過 App 內的「...」選單檢舉違規內容或封鎖特定用戶。一旦封鎖，您將不再看到對方的內容。
• 審核權限：Fellowtrip 開發團隊承諾在收到檢舉後的 24 小時內處理違規事件。我們有權移除任何違反規範的內容，並對違規帳號採取暫時停權或永久封鎖的處分。

4. FellowTrip Plus 訂閱與付款

FellowTrip Plus Monthly 為按月計費的自動續訂訂閱服務；訂閱期間、適用功能及價格會在您於 App Store 購買前清楚顯示，並可能依 App Store 地區與幣別而不同。

• 確認購買後，費用將由您的 Apple 帳號收取。
• 除非您在目前訂閱期間結束前至少 24 小時取消，否則訂閱會自動續訂。
• 您的帳號將在目前訂閱期間結束前 24 小時內，按續訂當時顯示的價格收取下一期費用。
• 您可在 Apple 帳號的「訂閱項目」中管理或取消訂閱；取消後，您仍可使用已付費期間內的 Plus 功能。
• 退款、付款及訂閱管理依 Apple 的 App Store 條款與政策辦理。

5. 免責聲明

Fellowtrip 僅提供旅伴媒合的線上平台服務，使用者應自行評估並承擔實際旅行中的各項風險。對於使用者在線下活動、行程中發生的任何糾紛、意外或損失，Fellowtrip 不承擔任何法律責任。

6. 帳號刪除

使用者可隨時透過 App 申請刪除帳號。一旦確認刪除，所有您的個人資料、發布的行程及對話紀錄將被永久清除且無法恢復。刪除帳號不會自動取消您透過 Apple 購買的訂閱；如有有效訂閱，請先在 Apple 帳號的「訂閱項目」中取消。

Welcome to FellowTrip. By using this application, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. Rules of Use and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use this service. You must provide truthful and accurate personal information and must not impersonate another person.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Rules

FellowTrip is a friendly and safe travel community. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for the following content:

• Pornographic, nude, or sexually suggestive content.
• Violence, hate speech, threats, or harassment.
• Illegal activities or travel plans involving significant danger.
• Fraud, pyramid schemes, or any unauthorized commercial solicitation.

3. Enforcement

To maintain community safety, we provide the following safeguards:

• Reporting and blocking: You can report inappropriate content or block another user at any time through the App’s “...” menu. Once blocked, you will no longer see that user’s content.
• Moderation: The FellowTrip team aims to address reports within 24 hours. We may remove content that violates these rules and temporarily suspend or permanently ban accounts that do so.

4. FellowTrip Plus Subscription and Payment

FellowTrip Plus Monthly is a monthly auto-renewable subscription. Its duration, included features, and price are clearly shown before purchase on the App Store and may vary by App Store region and currency.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price shown for renewal.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. After cancellation, Plus features remain available until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds, payments, and subscription management are subject to Apple App Store terms and policies.

5. Disclaimer

FellowTrip is an online platform for travel-companion matching only. Users must assess and assume the risks involved in real-world travel. FellowTrip is not responsible for disputes, accidents, or losses arising from offline activities or trips between users.

6. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion in the App at any time. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first in your Apple Account subscription settings.
